David
Brower has spent 27 years as an Electrical Contractor.
Electricians are in a position to observe and scrutinize every aspect
of the construction of homes and buildings, because electrical systems
are installed in virtually every area of building space.
From 1993 to 1999, David served as Building Engineer for the
Industrial Commission of Arizona. He has worked closely with
OSHA and Registrar of Contractors Inspectors, the State Fire Marshal,
subcontractors, and architects. He also served on the State ICA
committee for Americans with Disabilities.
In 1976,
David designed and built his first home, a 2,000 sq. ft. tri-level and
has been in the construction industry for nearly 30 years. His
background and experience provide him with the skills and knowledge
necessary to be a highly qualified home inspector.
Since 1994, David has traveled across 6 continents to third world
countries, helping construct churches, medical clinics, and
classrooms.
Sherry
Brower, David's wife, has the proven administration and organizational
skills and knowledge to manage the office with maintaining proper
scheduling of inspections, invoicing, necessary documentation
faxing/e-mailing, daily operations, correspondence with buyers,
sellers, real estate agents, title companies, etc. All of this
and more, which are so essential in providing superb service to all
involved parties of each and every transaction.
Sherry has
also traveled with her husband to third-world countries and has worked
alongside with brick and block laying, ceramic tile setting, painting,
cement placing, electrical, carpentry, ...she basically can accomplish
anything that needs to be achieved, whether in the cold country of
