What will your home inspection cover?

The following is a partial list of items evaluated and tested during the inspection:

• Roofing, foundation, and structure

• Electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems

• Site conditions, including drainage and erosion control

• Attic and crawl space areas, ventilation, and insulation

• Air conditioning/heating systems and controls

• Garage doors and automatic openers

• Built in appliances

• Fencing and gates

• All GFCI circuitry

• Stairways, railings, and balconies

• Cabinetry and countertops

• Doors, windows, and floor coverings

• Fireplaces and chimneys

• Termite inspection [in association with Strike Force Pest and Termite #C5440BC - available at a nominal fee (please check pricing schedule)]

If the customer has a concern, additional time will be spent checking for potential problems in that area.
