Why
a home inspection?
The
purchase of a home is the largest single investment most Americans
make in their lifetime. Shouldn't you know as much as you can
about that investment? It is in the best interest of all
involved parties (buyer, seller, and agents) to have a thorough
inspection performed on any property being purchased and/or sold.
All parties will gain a complete understanding on the condition of the
property at the time of the inspection. More and more educated
consumers are turning to professional home inspectors for advice when
purchasing such a large asset. A home inspection by DB Home
Inspection Connection, Inc. will provide peace of mind.
Can
a house fail an inspection?
No.
A professional home inspection is an examination of the current
condition of your prospective home. It is not an appraisal,
which determines market value, nor is it a municipal inspection, which
verifies local code compliance. A home inspector, therefore,
will not pass or fail a house, but rather describe its physical
condition and indicate what may need major repair or replacement.
