through our partner, InspectVue. After your inspection has been
completed you will receive a name and password that will allow you to
retrieve your inspection.

Our
Reporting Method

Inspection Connection, Inc. is licensed to use the state-of-the-art
InspectVue R3 computer software to generate your inspection
report. Our customers receive their printed report onsite in a
three-ring binder, including annotated color digital photographs taken
of major defects. A copy of the Arizona Chapter of ASHI
Standards of Professional Practice & Code of Professional Conduct
and a 96-page manual on "How to Operate Your Home" are included at the
end of every inspection report binder.
Details &
information are printed in the following manner:

Major
defects and unsafe conditions are printed in
RED.

Necessary improvements over the short term and/or monitoring are
printed in GREEN.

Repairs
recommended over the long term are printed in
BLUE.
